Black and Black Surgical, Inc., a well-known company in the hearing industry specializing in high-quality medical devices, secured a partnership with Oaktree Products this year. As a result, popular Black and Black products are now available through Oaktree Products including the Vorotek O Scope and the CLIQ BV-300 Suction Pump.

iCUBE device for Phonak's wireless hearing aids
Streamline the hearing aid fitting process by eliminating the need for cables! The iCUBE II is a hearing aid programming device that facilitates wireless transfer of fitting data from a PC the hearing aids. Featuring a true plug-and-play setup, the iCUBE II comes with a pre-paired USB adapter that, when plugged into a PC, automatically established a connection when selected as the fitting device in Phonak's Target software (version 4.0 or newer).

The XCOR Pro wireless Bluetooth earbuds offer both hearing protection and hearing enhancement. Featuring Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, touch controls, and a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 23 dB, these earbuds are suitable for shooting ranges or outdoor activities. With a rechargeable USB-C charging case, they provide up to 13 hours of battery life for all-day functionality.

Two new Dreve impression material S-50 cartridges are available, including one that changes color from green to neon yellow as it cures.
LACE AI-Powered Auditory Training
The newest AI-version of LACE offers the same core purpose and training philosophy as the original LACE. Both are evidenced-based auditory training tools developed by audiologists and neuroscientists designed to improve speech understanding in difficult listening environments by focusing on training the brain to better process auditory information. The original and new AI versions involve a structured series of daily 20-minute exercise sessions users independently complete outside of the clinic over the course of 10 - 20 days.
While the underlying concept and rehabilitative goals remain consistent, the main changes to expect with the new LACE AI include delivery method, technology, and personalization. Refer to the table for a comparison between the original and new LACE AI.
