Auracast™ represents the next generation of Bluetooth wireless listening, allowing public venues to deliver audio directly to a number of different personal devices in a cost-effective manner. The technology is easy to install, essentially involving a plug-and-play transmitter. More importantly, Auracast is easy to use; listeners connect to compatible devices, including personal devices many already own (e.g., earbuds, headphones, hearing aids, cochlear implants, and smartphones).

Auracast also offers the opportunity to extend your impact beyond the walls of your clinical practice. Bringing better hearing to community spaces benefits current patients, reaches people who have yet to seek hearing care, and positions you as a trusted local resource.

Explore this webpage to learn how Auracast works and how it can benefit your patients and your clinical practice. Then discover the Auri Listening System, an easy-to-install Auracast solution for your community venues, and follow the Auracast Community Blueprint to bring better hearing to your community.

Auracast is a wireless audio broadcasting technology that allows multiple compatible devices to receive the same audio stream simultaneously without Bluetooth paring. It makes listening easier in both public venues and personal listening environments.
As illustrated below, an Auracast transmitter connected to a public venue's existng sound system wirelessly broadcasts high-quality audio to an unlimited number of compatible listening devices, including Auracast-enabled earbuds, headphones, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.

Help your community hear the sermon, follow the dialogue, and enjoy the performance.
Bring better hearing beyond the clinical practice. By helping theaters, houses of worship, libraries, and community centers adopt Auracast, audiologists create more places where people can hear clearly and participate fully - including those who have never visited an audiology practice.

Raise awareness of better hearing and the local expertise behind it.
Bringing Auracast to community venues makes your practice a visible partner in hearing accessibility. Technology demonstrations, venue newsletters, and local new stories introduce the community to better listening options - and to you.
Use these opportunities to answer questions and show how audiologists can help. Each interaction builds recognition of your practice and your reputation as a trusted local resource for better hearing.

Turn community outreach into new business opportunities.
Community Auracast installations can generate revenue through venue consultations, equipment sales, installation coordination, and staff training. Listening demonstrations also create opportunities to schedule hearing evaluations and hearing aid consultations.
Stay connected after installation. Educate patrons about Auracast-enabled hearing aids and encourage venue staff to direct hearing questions to your practice. One community partnership can open the door to new patients, paid services, and ongoing referrals.
Auri™ represents the first Auracast broadcast audio-based solution introduced to the commercial market. The system's transmitter, receiver(s), and other optional accessories are available for individual purchase from Oaktree Products. The basic components include:
Auri Transmitter
The Auri transmitter is the heart of the Auri system, broadcasting audio to compatible listening devices. Oaktree offers two transmitter versions. Both have the same core function; the right transmitter version depends on the venue's existing sound system.

The Auri-TX2N version (analog) is appropriate for venues using standard analog audio. The Auri-TX2N-D version (which carries audio over Ethernet cables) is appropriate for venues using a Dante® audio network. Ask the venue's AV or IT staff whether they use Dante or require Dante compatibilty to know which version to recommend. And remember: you don't need to manage the technical installation - work with the venues AV or IT staff to select the appropriate version and coordinate set up.
Auri Receiver
The Auri Audio Receiver lets venues offer listening assistance to guests who do not have their own Auracast-enabled listening device. Guests use the receiver with headphones or a neck loop (sold separately), depending on their hearing needs.
Receiver charging options include:
- USB-C charging: Auri USB-C power supply and charging cord (LA-420-09) and ideal for one individual unit.
- Dock charging: Auri docking stations accommodating up to four receivers (AURI-D4) or 16 receivers (AURI-D16), idea for venues investing in multiple Auri receivers.
Headphones and neck loops are also sold separately. Popoular options include:
