The expiration date printed on the bottle remains the same after opening. However, once the container is exposed to air, the countdown begins for potential premature thickening due to solvent evaporation.

To maximize the product's lifespan, we recommend using a dipping jar:

  • Pour only what you need, then close the original bottle immediately.
  • Keep the threads and rim clean of any dried lacquer. Even a tiny residue can prevent a proper seal, allowing air to seep in during storage and harden the contents.
  • Tip: This is precisely why we sell more of our smaller 50 cc jars!

Ultimately, the most important step is simply closing the jar tightly as quickly as possible.
