Natus Otometrics 1066 Madsen Astera 2 without High Frequency

Product Code: 8-04-13403

The Otometrics Astera 2 is a state-of-the-art, PC-based, two-channel clinical audiometer designed for precision, flexibility, and efficiency.  It offers three intuitive control options: standard PC mouse/keyboard, the optional Audiometer Control Panel (ACP), or direct touch operation via the Sunshine control panel feature.

The customizable Masking Assistant feature supports user-defined interaural attenuation values by transducer or personalized masking protocols. Comprehensive suite of built-in tests includes QuickSIN and integrated tinnitus questionnaires (THI, THS, TFI), supporting a wide range of diagnostic needs. Unique to its class, the Otometrics Astera 2 provides five speaker outputs, enabling advanced protocols such as sound localization and cochlear implant speech-in-noise testing, with flexibile signal routing to match your clinical workflow.

This configuration includes standard and advanced audiometric testing capabilities and operates via Otosuite software (included) using a PC as the primary interface. It comes packaged with two calibrated transducers (insert earphones and TDH39 headphones). The optional ACP (sold separately) enhances control with a tactile, audiometer-style interface that is ideal for pediatric assessments and clinicians who prefer traditional operation.
