New Orleans, LA (March 26 - 29, 2025)
The American Academy of Audiology (AAA) convention marks the kickoff of Oaktree's annual exhibition schedule, and sets the tone for the new year. AAA is the perfect platform for showcasing new products while gathering valuable insights and feedback from customers. Every year, the Oaktree Products booth attracts significant attention from attendees. And every year, attendees end up particularly drawn to certain products. Here are the standout products from 2025!
Attendee Favorite Products
Among the most popular products showcased at AAA included the newest products from Oaktree's flagship brand Audiologist's Choice, and recent additions to Oaktree's cerumen management offering. These attendee favorites underscore Oaktree’s reputation for offering practical, high-quality solutions tailored to the everyday needs of audiologists and hearing care professionals.
Why attendees loved these new products
The Audiologist's Choice TRS tubing was a huge hit because it has the same quality as Westone TRS tubing yet less expensive. Save about $8 per bag of 25 when switching to the Audiologist's Choice brand.
The Audiologist's Choice Battery Storage Case was something a few customers asked us to source and they, along with other attendees, were happy to learn of its availability. While hearing aid battery cards still need to be cut, this is a great option for patients experiencing difficulty with the new tamper-resistant hearing aid battery packaging. A designated care-taker or staff member can remove batteries from the battery card and transfer them to the storage case for easy access by the patient.
Why attendees loved these new products
The Vorotek O Scope has been exclusively offered in the United States by Black & Black Surgical. Earlier this year, Oaktree Products secured a partnership with the company to resell and support the O Scope (and other key products). Audiologists love the O Scope because it is specifically designed to preserve accurate depth perception of the ear canal.
The Earigator was also a big hit at AAA in New Orleans. Providers using the unit like that it is self-contained and fully-automatic with no need to worry about an external water connection or proper water temperature. The hand held irrigation handle magnifies and illuminates, making it easy to visualize cerumen and the ear canal. The cerumen management system is available with or without custom cart.
The CLIQ DV-300 Portable Suction Pump is an easy to assemble unit with a straightforward vacuum gauge. Providers involved in cerumen management appreciate the unit's adjustable suction power (max 24.5" Hg) and love how quietly it operates.
Why attendees loved these new pocket otoscopes
The LuxaScope Auris 2.5V Color Edition Pocket Otoscopes really resonated with AAA 2025 convention attendees for two main reasons. First, the choice of colors including ice blue, magenta, lilac, jade green, and pale yellow make the pocket otoscope fun. Second, a price point of just under $100 made it hard to resist.
